In addition to private classes, Laurie also teaches in venues around Seattle and the Eastside. Each venue has its own special ambiance and charm. Classes are limited to 12-16 participants (depending on the venue), so register early at the corresponding websites listed below.

Pastry Craft Home Kitchen
Chef Laurie's kitchen is an intimate venue in Mountlake Terrace, just 25 minutes from Downtown Seattle. Perfect for 1-4 students, the kitchen is homey, yet well-equipped with multiple mixers and other equipment for hands-on classes. (In summer, larger groups of students can spill out onto the covered deck surrounded by lush garden.)

A Chef's Kitchen
This gorgeous Edmonds kitchen overlooks Puget Sound. Host Debbie Bodal invites chefs into her kitchen for a complete program of culinary classes. This intimate and homey kitchen is great for demonstration and hands-on classes.
Shoreline Parks and Recreation
Laurie's area of Puget Sound will be the location for cooking classes for both kids and adults.
